# ما معنى نسبة الدين إلى حقوق الملكية؟

ديون الشركة مقسومة على حقوق المساهمين. ويعني الرقم المرتفع أنها تعتمد كثيرًا على الاقتراض.

**تخيّله هكذا:** كم يملك البنك من البيت.

**مثال واقعي:** ديون بقيمة 200 مليون دولار وحقوق ملكية بقيمة 100 مليون دولار = نسبة 2.
