Le rythme auquel les prix augmentent dans toute l’économie : avec le temps, la même somme permet d’acheter moins.

**C’est comme :** Ton argent qui rétrécit doucement au lavage.

**Exemple réel :** L’inflation américaine a culminé à 9,1 % en juin 2022, son plus haut niveau depuis environ 40 ans.
