# Introduction en Bourse (IPO), c’est quoi ?

Initial public offering : la première fois qu’une entreprise vend ses actions au public sur une Bourse.

**C’est comme :** Le jour où une entreprise reçoit son diplôme et fait son entrée en Bourse.

**Exemple réel :** L’introduction en Bourse de Saudi Aramco, en décembre 2019, a levé environ 25,6 milliards de dollars, un record à l’époque.
