What is Bid and ask?
Brokers & ordersThe bid is the highest price buyers will pay right now; the ask is the lowest price sellers will accept. The gap is the spread.
Think of it like: The buy and sell boards at a money changer.
Real example: Bid 1.1248, ask 1.1250 for EUR/USD. Sellers get the bid; buyers pay the ask.
