Cookie & Tracking Policy

This policy explains how TradeLiga uses cookies, device storage and similar technology on tradeliga.com and in the app. It adds detail to our Privacy Policy.

What these technologies are

• Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser.
• Device storage (such as local storage and the app's storage) saves information on your phone or computer.
• Offline cache: the website saves its own files on your device so it loads fast and works offline.
• SDKs are pieces of code from other companies inside the app, such as Google Firebase.

Strictly necessary

These keep TradeLiga working. They don't need your consent, and you can't turn them off in TradeLiga.

• Session cookie (HttpOnly, first-party): keeps you signed in on the website. It lasts up to 12 months, or until you sign out.
• Progress and settings storage: your XP, streaks, lessons, settings and language, saved on your device so the game works even offline.
• Your consent choice: remembers whether you accepted analytics.
• Security: protects forms and sign-in against abuse. Rate limits use a daily-changing code, not your IP address.
• Offline cache: website files saved by the service worker.

Analytics (only with your consent where the law requires it)

• First-party analytics: counts screens, games and lessons so we can see what helps people learn. It doesn't store your IP address and keeps detailed events for about 60 days.
• Google Analytics 4 (website, when enabled): cookies named "_ga" and "_ga_..." last up to 13 months. We ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
• Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (app): measure app use and report crashes, linked to an app-instance ID.

Ads

Our ads are served by TradeLiga itself, not by ad networks. We don't use cookies from advertisers to follow you around the web. We choose ads based on the screen, your language, your country and your level in the game. We count views and taps with signed one-time codes. When you tap an ad or a partner link, the other website may use its own cookies: its policies then apply. See Advertising.

Push notifications

If you allow notifications, your device gives us a token so we can send reminders. You can turn notifications off in the app or in your device settings at any time.

How to control them

• Analytics consent: use the button above, or "Privacy choices" on the Privacy Policy.
• Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies and site data. If you block necessary storage, TradeLiga may not work, and progress saved only on this device may be lost.
• Android: you can reset your advertising ID and limit ad tracking in your device settings, and turn off notifications for TradeLiga.
• Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of analytics where the law requires it.

Changes

We update this policy when we change the tools we use. The date at the top shows the latest version.
