Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your TradeLiga account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens.

Delete in the app

1. Open TradeLiga on your phone or at tradeliga.com.
2. Go to Me (the last tab).
3. Scroll down to Settings.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away from our live systems, and you are signed out. You need to be online to do this.

If you only played on this device as a guest and want a fresh start without deleting the account, use Start over instead. That clears this device but keeps the old account on our servers.

Delete by email

If you can't use the app any more, for example because you lost your phone or uninstalled the app, write to privacy@tradeliga.com with the subject "Delete my account". Tell us:

• the email address of your Google account, if you signed in with Google; or
• your display name, your country and roughly when you last played, if you played as a guest.

We may ask you to confirm the account is yours. We delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your account and profile: name, email address, Google ID, photo, buddy, country and settings;
• your progress: XP, streaks, lessons, scores, reviews, badges and ranks;
• your league history, crew membership, duels and invites;
• your certificates (their verification codes stop working);
• your notification tokens and the inbox messages sent to you;
• your sign-in sessions on every device.

What we may keep

• Totals and statistics that no longer identify you, such as "1,000 games played today".
• Messages you sent us through the contact form, for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them too.
• Information we must keep by law, for example for security or legal claims, only as long as needed.
• Backups are overwritten automatically within 30 days.

Progress on your device

Deleting your account also clears TradeLiga on the device you used. On other devices, clear the app storage or the website data, or uninstall the app.
